AI Usage Policy

This Aseed Usage Policy (the “Usage Policy”) applies to Aseed tool, a chatbot powered by the OpenAI ChatGPT 3.5 and 4.0 models (the “Aseed”), and services operated by Aseed Corp. (“we,” “our,” or “Aseed”). Before you start interacting with the Aseed, please review carefully this Usage Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS USAGE POLICY, OR IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR AUTHORIZED TO BE BOUND BY THIS USAGE POLICY, THEN DO NOT INTERACT WITH THE ASEED.

1. We want everyone to use the Aseed safely and responsibly. The Aseed is designed to provide assistance, answer queries, and engage in conversation related to the content available on the Aseed application (the “App”). While the Aseed is a powerful tool, it is important to note that it may not cover every possible scenario or question. Its capabilities are focused on the App and its content, and you are encouraged to utilize the Aseed within the scope of its intended purpose.

2. Prohibited Use. Aseed reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of the Aseed access, in response to any violation of this Policy. We don’t allow the use of the Aseed for the following:

  • Illegal activity. We prohibit the use of the Aseed for illegal activity.

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content that exploits or harms children. The Open AI may report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

  • Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content, including but not limited to: content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity; content that intends to harass, threaten, or bully an individual; content that promotes or glorifies violence or celebrates the suffering or humiliation of others.

  • Generation of malware. Content that attempts to generate code that is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a computer system.

  • Activity that has high risk of physical harm, including: weapons development; military and warfare, management or operation of critical infrastructure in energy, transportation, and water; content that promotes, encourages, or depicts acts of self-harm, such as suicide, cutting, and eating disorders.

  • Activity that has high risk of economic harm, including: multi-level marketing; gambling; payday lending; automated determinations of eligibility for credit, employment, educational institutions, or public assistance services.

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity, including: scams; coordinated inauthentic behavior; plagiarism; academic dishonesty; astroturfing, such as fake grassroots support or fake review generation; disinformation; spam; pseudo-pharmaceuticals.

  • Adult content, adult industries, and dating apps, including: content meant to arouse sexual excitement, such as the description of sexual activity, or that promotes sexual services (excluding sex education and wellness); erotic chat; pornography.

  • Political campaigning or lobbying, by: generating high volumes of campaign materials; generating campaign materials personalized to or targeted at specific demographics; building conversational or interactive systems such as chatbots that provide information about campaigns or engage in political advocacy or lobbying; building products for political campaigning or lobbying purposes.

  • Activity that violates people’s privacy, including: tracking or monitoring an individual without their consent; facial recognition of private individuals; classifying individuals based on protected characteristics; using biometrics for identification or assessment; unlawful collection or disclosure of personal identifiable information or educational, financial, or other protected records.

  • Legal advice. Engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, or offering tailored legal advice without a qualified person reviewing the information. The Aseed is not designed to provide legal advice. You should not rely on our models as a sole source of legal advice.

  • Financial advice. Offering tailored financial advice without a qualified person reviewing the information. The Aseed is not designed to provide financial advice. You should not rely on our models as a sole source of financial advice.

  • Telling someone that they have or do not have a certain health condition, or providing instructions on how to cure or treat a health condition. Aseed is not designed to provide medical information. You should never use the Aseed to provide diagnostic or treatment services for any medical conditions. The Aseed should not be used to triage or manage life-threatening issues that need immediate attention.

  • High risk government decision-making, including: law enforcement and criminal justice; migration and asylum.

3. DISCLAIMER.

WE DO NOT OFFER OR PROVIDE ANY KIND OF MEDICAL ADVICE OR OTHER HEALTHCARE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TESTING, DIAGNOSIS OR EVALUATION RELATED TO MENTAL HEALTH. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEALTH, YOU SHALL VISIT, CALL OR CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.

THE ASEED'S RESPONSES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, YOU SHOULD NOT CONSTRUE ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL AS MEDICAL, LEGAL, TAX, INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER ADVICE. 4. Accurate Information. Aseed is developed to provide information based on its training data and knowledge up to its last update. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, users should be aware that the Aseed may not always reflect the most current developments, news, or changes. Users are encouraged to independently verify critical information from reliable sources, especially in situations where accuracy is paramount. The Aseed is not a substitute for professional advice, and users should consult relevant experts or authorities for specific and crucial matters. In the event that the Aseed provides information that seems unclear or contradictory, please exercise caution and seek clarification from appropriate sources. You are responsible for validating information obtained through the Aseed, understanding its limitations, and using their judgment accordingly.

5. Privacy and Security. While interacting with the Aseed, you shall not share personal information, including but not limited to personal data, passwords, financial details, or confidential data. The Aseed is not designed to handle or store such information. Conversations with the Aseed may be logged and or stored beyond the current session. We will never request personal data through the Aseed. If you encounter any communication that appears to be seeking such information, please report it immediately to support@aseed.ai. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their devices and accounts. Aseed is not liable for any unauthorized access or security breaches that may result from the user's failure to maintain the security of their personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability. Aseed makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the Aseed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aseed, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Aseed. We assume no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other deficiencies in the Aseed's responses. The Aseed is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Users expressly agree that their use of the Aseed is at their sole risk. We do not warrant that the Aseed will meet user requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, Aseed liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim any and all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided by the Aseed. Users are responsible for independently verifying critical information and making decisions based on their own judgment.

8. General Terms. This Usage Policy incorporates and is subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Usage Policy from time to time in our discretion to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
